On November 5, 2025, the State Executive Meeting for the Prison Ministry was held at the Pastoral Centre, Santhome, under the leadership of Most Rev. Dr. George, Archbishop of Madras–Mylapore, and Chairman Bishop Most Rev. Dr. Ambrose. The gathering brought together key leaders and coordinators dedicated to strengthening the mission of serving our brothers and sisters behind prison walls.
The meeting focused on preparations for the upcoming 25th State Conference—a milestone event marking the Silver Jubilee of the Prison Ministry’s service and compassion. Key highlights discussed included the release of a new Tamil book on Prison Ministry, a special Silver Jubilee souvenir, and the planning of a detailed program and schedule for the conference.
The session was productive and inspiring, reinforcing our shared commitment to restorative ministry, transformational outreach, and continued collaboration in bringing hope and dignity to the lives of prisoners and their families.
