On January 25, 2026, the Pondy–Cuddalore Diocese organized a meaningful Prison Ministry gathering for reformed and released prisoners. The meeting was held at St. Anne’s Higher Secondary School, Cuddalore, bringing together clergy, religious sisters, coordinators, and volunteers committed to the mission of rehabilitation and reintegration.
The gathering served as a platform for encouragement, fellowship, and guidance, emphasizing dignity, hope, and new beginnings for those rebuilding their lives after imprisonment. Through shared reflections and support, the Diocese reaffirmed its dedication to walking alongside former inmates and their families on their journey toward social and spiritual restoration.
This event stood as a strong witness to the Church’s mission of mercy—helping transform lives through compassion, community support, and faith-led rehabilitation.
